1. What we collect
Name, phone, email, event details (date, venue, guest count, notes), payment status (Stripe processes payments — we never store card numbers), messages you send us, and standard technical data (device, pages viewed).
2. How we use it
To check availability, confirm and deliver your booking, plan the day with you, send reminders and receipts, reply to questions, and — only if you opt in — occasional offers. Analytics events are aggregated and never include personal details.
3. Sharing
We never sell or rent your data. Service providers who process it for us: our booking platform (Bright Minds Photography), Stripe (payments), Resend, Twilio and Quo (email and SMS), Vercel and Cloudflare (hosting and bot protection), Sanity (galleries), gallery delivery services, and Vercel Analytics.
4. SMS
Phone numbers and SMS consent are used only for booking-related messages and are not shared for marketing. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
5. Cookies & storage
We use a small number of cookies and browser storage to remember your language, your city, and an in-progress booking. Analytics are privacy-light and cookie-free.
6. Event photos
Photographs and films are owned by Bright Minds Photography and licensed to you for personal use. Marketing use is described in our terms; ask us to remove any image of you or your family and we will.
7. Your rights
Request access, correction, or deletion of your data any time at [email protected]. We keep booking records as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes.
8. Children
We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13. Details for events involving minors (quinceañeras) come from parents, guardians, or organizations.
9. Updates
We post changes here with a new revision date.
