Booking & pricing
Our photography packages are $1,200, $1,500 and $2,000 (Silver, Gold, Diamond). Add a film and the photo + video bundles are $2,200, $2,700 and $3,500 — saving $500–$800. Prices are the same for weddings and quinceañeras across Washington; travel is included within an hour of Yakima.
Yes — always. After you book we reach out to introduce ourselves and confirm your details, then we meet (in person or by video) to walk through the timeline, the family photos you want, and every question you have, so the photo and video side is one less thing to worry about. If you'd rather keep it to a quick text, just say so.
Deposits are $350 for Silver, $450 for Gold and $550 for Diamond, paid online when you book. The balance can be split into three interest-free payments of $400, $500 or $667 depending on your package.
Yes — the same team covers both, which is why the bundle costs less than booking two vendors. Every bundle includes edited photos, a highlight film, an online gallery and print rights; Gold and Diamond add a full-length ceremony edit and a social reel.
Sí. Our team is fully bilingual and this whole site is written in Spanish, not machine-translated. Tu abuela can direct the family photo in Spanish and your friends can ask for a retake in English — same photographer, same smile.
We photograph all of Washington. Travel is included within an hour of Yakima (Ellensburg, Sunnyside, the Lower Valley). Farther venues add a published drive band — $200 for 1–2 hours, $500 for 2–3 (Seattle, Tacoma), $700 for 3–4 (Spokane) — shown before you book, never at checkout.
You'll get a sneak peek within days, the full edited gallery within a few weeks depending on the season, and your highlight film shortly after. Albums and USB drives ship once you approve the gallery. Exact timelines are written into your booking confirmation.
Weddings
Most weddings fit Gold's 10 hours: getting ready through the first hour of dancing. Silver's 7 hours covers a ceremony-to-toasts day; Diamond is all day with two photographers for large weddings or two locations. You can always add +1 or +2 hours later.
Diamond includes two photographers and two videographers — both getting-ready rooms, both angles of the ceremony, the reception from the floor and the balcony. Silver and Gold are one photographer (and one videographer on the bundle), which suits most weddings under about 150 guests.
Yes. Book any photography package today and add the film any time before your date; the bundle price still applies, so you save $500–$800 versus booking video separately. Tell us in your planning meeting or by text.

Portraits in the dress a few weeks before the celebration — used for the invitations, the entrance slideshow and the 16×20 poster at the door. It's included in Diamond. Gold adds it for $100 instead of $150 — and the poster comes with it — and Silver can add it for $150.
After the day
In a private online gallery you can share with family, download in full resolution, and order prints from. Personal print rights are included in every package. Diamond adds a USB drive and a premium album; a 20-page album is $250 on any package, or $175 on Gold.
We edit every delivered photo — 200+, 350+ or 400+ depending on your package — and choose the strongest frames from each moment. If there's a specific photo you want, tell us in the planning meeting and we'll make sure it's in the gallery.
Only if you're comfortable with it. You can opt out of any marketing use in writing, and we never post minors without a parent's permission.
We build a backup plan into the timeline at our meeting, and on the day we adapt — that's most of the job. If we ever have to cancel, your payments are refunded in full.
